• Technical expertise

The buildings' valuation file should contain:

• Acquisition contract, inheritance documents, construction authorization;
• Registration documents
• Property abstract and plans

• The company's founding documents'
• The balance sheets of the present time and for the last three years;
• The current state of the company's credits and mortgages;
• List of assets;
• Current investments (amounts and deadlines);
• List of the insurance contracts for assets and personnel;
• List of current court trials involving the company;
• Short history of the company;
• Presentation of clients - top 10 by value;
• Presentation of suppliers - top 10 by value;
• Competition - list of competitors;
• Quality management systems;
• Personnel - number of employees by age and education;
• Forecasts on the company's economical evolution (income and spending budgets for the upcoming five years, if available);
• List with proposed investments for the next five years (if available).
