Preciss is an A.N.E.V.A.R. affiliated company, insured for professional responsibility according to the A.N.E.V.A.R. regulations, ISO 9001 certified by IQ Net and SRAC, which implements the International Valuation Standards since its inception in 2004. Enforcing these Standards makes our reports well grounded, comprehensible and easy to attest.
Preciss was founded by a group of experts from MID Consulting, a company started in 1992.
Our expertise consists in:
- enterprise, real estate and mobile asset valuation;
- counsulting and valuation for mergers and divisions;
- consulting for feasibility studies, business plans and investments;
- unlistings.
We excel as as valuators and consultants for enterprise mergers and divisions. Of great importance in obtaining great results is our collaboration with several renowned lawyer firms (SALANS, MFP Lawyers etc.)
After 4 years of continuous growth, we have obtained an income of EUR 500,000 in 2009.
We're available — through local branches or collaborators — in Bucharest and in most counties.
